On 10 Oct, 2009 earlier, it was reported that Usher’s soon-to-be ex-wife, Tameka Raymond, vandalized his vehicle and took off before the police could arrive. Although Tameka didn’t do that much damage, it seemed like she was taking her anger out on his truck because they had a heated custody dispute. When asked, Usher told police that he had a verbal argument with Tameka over the weekend custody rights of the children. Usher told the authorities that after he dropped the kids to his parents place, she arrived at his house and demanded to take the kids. When he returned to his mother’s house he found she was already there and was knocking at the door and was frantically calling. Usher and his mother ignored what she did and called the police, but when the police came she had disappeared.

The next morning is when Usher found multiple scratches on the truck and then he had to call the police again. He thought that all this was done by Tameka and she did all this out of frustration. The police came and did a complete inspection and said that after investigating completely they did not find any evidence that Usher’s accusation on Tameka could be proved. The police did not find any support and report to the effect that Tameka had come near Usher’s residence. They checked the log at the gate and found no proof to her coming. It seems Usher has cooked up the story and there is no proof.
