We live in a society where you don’t even have to leave home
to go on a date. You can just log onto your computer and post up a couple of
pictures. BAM! You got a date. Sometimes when I think about it though it’s kind
of pathetic. Long gone are the days when you used to have to actually get
dressed to meet someone in public. Now that’s all you have to do is throw
something on really quick and post them on myspace. I think this is taking the
intimacy out of dating because you have no clue who you have chemistry with until
you meet the person. Remember on the internet, you can be whoever you want to
be.

 After being pulled out a of a very bad accident where he had to be literally taken out of the car by the Jaws of Life, Morgan Freeman is getting a divorce. We all wondered who and why that girl that was in the car with you was not your wife. Freeman has been with his wife for 24 years! Hollywood marriages just don’t last that long! That has to be a record. Myrna Colley-Lee and Freeman have reportedly been separated since December 2007.

I remember when the internet started to become a huge
phenomena… first there was AOL and then dsl came in and just annihilated the competition.
But with all the advancements in it you can’t help but wonder how it affected
the children who just wanted to chat with people they were playing online games
with. This sometimes went from innocent chatter to acts of pedophilia. The more
advanced the internet became, the more susceptible children became to getting
in harm’s way. That’s why I believe that all parents should not only have knowledge
of what their children are doing online but also have some kind of computer
knowledge. I suggest that all parents learn how to use parental controls on
their computers so they can protect their children. Not all danger is outside
the home.

Another interview I found (ScifiWorld)
can help clear up other fan queries - was Amanda Tapping reeled in for
Stargate Atlantis Season 4 to replace Torri Higginson ? No, nothing
like that folks. Apparently the decision to bring in Tapping was made after
Higginson had decided to say adieu. Quote: " ... For me personally going over was
hard because I really like Torri and wanted to make sure that she was cool with
it and Torri was actually the one that made me feel best about it, she said
‘I’m totally cool, this is not where I want to be anymore and I’m happy for
you.’ " So there! Now you know.

It seems like every time I turn around one of my friends is having
a baby. Kind of makes me feel left out; but then I realize that I won’t have
the responsibility of a child for a very long time and I get happy again.
Anyway with all of these babies coming out the whazzoo there has to be some way
to celebrate this joyous occasion. So, you guessed, we have a bunch of baby

Something you guys didn’t know about me. I am a video game
freak! Especially Resident Evil! I have played every Resident Evil game that
you can think of. So for all you crazed Resident Evil fans. Here is the trailer

Growing up I always
had some kind of chore or responsibility
to handle. I can remember countless times when I would literally get angry
and rebel because I was just lazy and didn’t feel like doing whatever it was my
mother told me to do. As I got older and my little sisters got older I realized
that it is the utmost importance to teach kids some responsibility; even money management.
Nowadays I see a lot of fresh out high school kids try to strike out on their
own and end up coming right back home because they were never taught these necessities
in life. Me, I am in no rush to leave my parents house, just can’t afford it.

When you hear someone talking about the 1960’s musical Hair
don’t you automatically assume that they are talking about Hairspray? You know
that movie the Niki Blonsky and it was all about everyone being treated equally
no matter what race? Well this particular movie hair is about something
entirely different. This musical is about a sexual revolution, illegal use of
drugs and just plan ole’ nudity. Of course it sounds like a hippie musical,
because that’s what it is. It was one of those risqué musicals but with it
something was born that we all know and love; the genre of the rock musical.

Mag must be so embarrassed right now. There were reports circulating that
Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer were set to tie the knot. It even said “ Wedding
Of The Year” on the magazine cover. Now there is a rep for Aniston coming forth
saying “Both headlines are complete fabrications."Damn I know that has to take some accreditation from the magazine. According to LATimesBlogs, ” OK! has Vera Wang designing her dress, that there will be orchids, champagne and caviar at the backyard wedding, while the Star reports that she's riding the Baby Train and will soon pop out competition for those $14M Brangelina twins.” Well it’s not true anyway. With Brad getting all this publicity I guess someone wanted to give Jen a chance. I mean she is almost 40 with no man and no kids…. Just sayin’

Aruba! Another wonderful place that I would like to visit. I
have a fetish for the exotic places. I definitely believe that Aruba falls into
this category. I mean how many times have you asked a person where they are vacationing
to and the say Aruba? Never! It looks like one of the smallest places in the
world but again the beautiful blue water captures me. It’s like visiting a
place that doesn’t totally depend on technology and it more so set in a natural
atmosphere. Something we Americans don’t know about. Vacationing to places like
this is considered one of the greatest adventures ever to me.
