Rumer Willis .... Beautiful??


WOOOWWWWWWWWWW!! Is someone blind?! According to Perezhilton.com, Rumer Willis was name on of People magazine's "100 Most Beautiful." WTF?! I have to really see the person who comes up with this stuff. Who chose this list?! The girl looks wierd man. She looks just like her father except without the testosterone (some beg to differ. This is totally ridiculous.
