 Get ready for another Wachowski special. That's right; the Wachowski brothers have rolled up their sleeves for an action-packed martial arts flick with the admittedly cryptic name of Ninja Assassin. You have to admit, these guys know how to set trends. Seriously, If I had a penny for every Trinity imitation of the wide angle I'm-leaping-up-to-kick-you-in-the-face shot I saw .... But, hey the original was always way better. So think of the stunts, fight sequences and of course thrilling storyline that will make up this movie. Perhaps the title needs a bit of work, right now it sounds a bit like a filler movie for Walker Texas Ranger. Details are still coming in but so far, Collin Chou (Oracle's right hand man in the Matrix) is going to be one of the four leading characters. And James McTeigue of V for Vendetta fame will don the director's cap. Promising news indeed! |
